FAQs ON FESTIVAL 

  • Our festival setup is designed to accommodate a larger amount of guests in a shorter period. A good rule of thumb is 100-150 people per hour. This depends on the number of other vendor/activities that will be available. These packages are designed to be “come and go” so guests can freely move from our area to other vendors that way our area is not overwhelmed with more than 20 - 30 people at one time. Talk to us if you feel like we may need to have closed off area so we can monitor the entrance if we have too many people in the petting zoo area. The larger packages (Barnyard and Dr. Dolittle) can accommodate more guests at one time.

  • We will provide the fencing, signage, and animals! You will need to have a parking space and shaded or covered space for us to set up the animals. If you think the petting zoo area may need to be closed off so we can monitor the amount of people coming and going, you will need to provide the extra fencing so people can’t enter from any point. Depending on how long the festival is, we may need access to water to refill our jug. If you are booking a package with the large animals, we will need a grassy space as they cannot stand on hard surfaces for extended periods of time.

  • Yes! Festival packages come with at least 2 Squeals on Wheels staff members (depending on the length of the event and number of guests) who will be on hand to answer guests’ questions and ensure the safety of the animals. We will clean up after the animals and assist the guests with petting!

  • Our festivals allow time for all guests to see, touch and learn about our beautiful animals in a safe and closely supervised environment. Our educated and friendly staff helps to ensure that all attendees get to pet each animal as well as ensure an engaging environment for all! We will provide individual pens for our small animals and a large pen for our barnyard animals so that all guests can safely pet our animals and easily come and go from our area!

BUNNIES & BUDDIES DELUXE festival

Something for everyone!! With variety of sweet, loving and unique mini-animals arriving in adorable baskets. Combining a variety of species, this is a unique and unforgettable experience. Perfect for adding that WOW-factor to any indoor or outdoor event! 15x15ft space minimum.

This package includes:

  • 3+ bunnies, guinea pigs, feathery friends PLUS exciting and exotic seasonal friends (dependent on weather and age range)! We will provide educational signs on each of our animals for guests to read while they explore.

  • 2 - 3 Squeals on Wheels staff members, depending on duration of event!

Travel fee for all Squeals on Wheels events/parties is $1.50 - $2 per mile round trip. This package has a 1.5 hour minimum on weekends.

Baby pigs are optional add-ons for all events if we have them available. You are able to request one on the reservation request form!

BARNYARD IN A BACKYARD festival

With 12+ animals, watch us transform your space into the barnyard of your dreams! A combination of mini-animals AND large animal area accompanied by multiple staff members. 20x20ft space minimum.

This package includes:

  • 3+ bunnies, guinea pigs, ducks, chickens, one seasonal friends, PLUS a Variety of 3 Miniature Alpacas and Miniature Goats! We will provide educational signs on each of our animals for guests to read while they explore.

  • 2 - 4 Squeals on Wheels staff members, depending on duration of event!

Travel fee for all Squeals on Wheels events/parties is $1.50 - $2 per mile round trip. This package has a 1.5 hour minimum on weekends.

Baby pigs are optional add-ons for all events if we have them available. You are able to request one on the reservation request form!

DR. DOLITTLE festival - Our most popular festival package

Our largest package! With 15+ adorable and exotic animals, we're emptying the pasture for this one!! A combination of mini-animals, 4 large animals AND exotic animal species. This package is best suited for a 20x25ft shaded, grassy space.

This package includes:

  • 2 - 4 Squeals on Wheels staff members, depending on duration of event!

Travel fee for all Squeals on Wheels events/parties is $1.50 - $2 per mile round trip. This package has 1 .5 hour minimum on weekends.

Baby pigs are optional add-ons for all events if we have them available. You are able to request one on the reservation request form!
