Educational Programs For kids
Education is must and that is what “Squeals on wheels” is focused about. For better learning, we provide 30 minute educational program on weekdays.

These presentations are designed to be approximately 30 minutes long for a maximum class-size of 25 children. A minimum of one hour (which can accommodate up to 50 children), or two-30 minute sessions required. You can book the amount of time needed to accommodate however many children you have participating!

Yes! These programs can be done inside or outside. If your space is limited, we recommend the Fur, Feathers, and Scales package. Please note, our Ol’ McDonald package includes a dwarf mini horse and they cannot take stairs. We will provide a tarp to protect your floors.

Yes, our presentation is designed to be educational AND hands-on! Throughout the 30-minute presentation, our staff will walk around several animals for the kids to pet while the kids stay seated to ensure a calm environment.

We do have a loyalty discount! For schools/childcare programs that book 4 or more events with us in a year, we offer a 10% off discount. These events are not restricted to education events. If you’re having a festival we would love to attend and bring our animals for everyone to enjoy!

Our educational programs are weekdays (Wed - Fri) only. They are only available for schools/camps/daycares and cannot be booked by private families.
We have a 3 hour maximum for these events, which can accommodate up to 150 children. If you have a large number of children, you can book 2 days to ensure your entire facility can experience the animals.
If you would like to have a large number of kids, but are unable to book more time, we recommend looking at our festival packages, which can accommodate a larger amount of kids in a shorter period of time.
FUR, FEATHERS AND SCALES (GREAT INDOOR OPTION!)

Why do animals have fur, feathers, or scales? We'll tell you about it during this fun and educational program. Children learn about the importance of animals coverings and differences between mammals, birds, and reptiles! We need a 10x10 ft area for animals with additional space for kids to sit and learn!
This package includes:
6+ species of furry, feathered and scaly critters.
1 - 2 Squeals on Wheels staff member, depending on duration of event!
Travel fee for all Squeals on Wheels events/parties is $1.50 - $2 per mile round trip.
Baby pigs are optional add-ons for all events if we have them available. You are able to request one on the reservation request form!

OL' MCDONALD HAD A FARM
Available for Weekdays and Schools/Camps Only
Our most popular educational program! Our goal is to present educational material in a fun way and also allow kids time to explore the animals independently! If age appropriate, we can lead the kids in an Old McDonald sing-along. This program is best suited for an 15 x 15 ft outdoor, grassy space, although arrangements can be made if we need to move inside.
This Package Includes:
3 large animals (alpaca, goat, mini horse) and a variety of small animals from bunnies, ducks, chickens, and several exotic seasonal friends!
2 Squeals on Wheels staff members!
